This week was Australia's Fashion Week, in which over 100 Australian and Asia Pacific designers showed their wares for Spring/Summer 2008-2009. Jayson Brunsdon's show was one of my favorites. His designs are based on classics and this collection in white is as crisp and refreshing as a Spring day.
Maybe it's the turban-like headband, but I can see Sharon Stone in every one of these designs. The forms are classic and elegant but they look so lightweight and almost ethereal...one could wear these on a humid night in Miami (or hell, Baltimore) and look fresh as a daisy.
