Yves Rocher Iris Noir

Notes: bergamot, coriander, iris, rosy notes, floral notes, patchouli, tonka bean, ambrette seed

Never a big fan of predominately iris fragrances, I was prepared to avoid Yves Rocher's Iris Noir like the plague. But I got a little sample with an order and whaddyaknow - I really liked it. That's because iris is found more in the name than in the scent itself. It's floral with a hint of spice, and a nice patch and ambrette drydown. It actually reminds me of a downtown discount version of Coco, but much less spicy and in-your-face. And certainly less expensive.
