What Happened to Madonna?

What happened to Madonna? She looks terrific. Of course, this photo isn't a close-up of her face, but her arms look less scrawny/muscular/scary than they have in the recent past, and she's not wearing anything inappropriately too young or revealing, and I love the steel gray color on her. The somewhat old-fashioned 'do, of soft waves, is really flattering as well.
