Brit designer Gareth Pugh is a real
nutjob visionary and I look forward to his collections every season. This, his first Paris collection, is part Star Wars storm trooper, part Queen Elizabeth I.

It's not completely unwearable, just mostly. But the hooded robe/coat has potential, as does the flouncy dress.

I have not seen the collection in person or in motion, but apparently they are white on the front and black on the back, representing the notion of emerging from darkness.
