The Chinese are just full of great ideas. First they think it's a good idea to use melamine in food products, now they're making hair bands out of recycled condoms. Used condoms. What I want to know is how the manufacturers obtained these used condoms? Do they root through trash cans? Accept donations? So disgusting.
