Fall 2008 Fashion Week - Carolina Herrera

Carolina Herrera's Fall 08 collection seems to blur the line between the hunter and the hunted. Plaids, fur, and copious feathers flounced down the runway, all in a beautiful Autumnal palette.

I love this coat. The way it flowed as the model walked was stunning.

Here's an example of the hunted: homage to a pheasant. In fact, there were long pheasant tail feathers on every look.

This beautiful bronze gown had a feather ornament on the right side.

This was a bit henhouse floor though.

I love the juxtaposition between the elegant pewter dress and the more casual vest.

These mustard-colored velvet pants are gorgeous.

She reminds me a bit of a turkey; great color though

I want this coat!

Very Sherwood Forest.
